How does it work?

3. Questionnaire

After purchasing your program you’ll have to fill in a detailed questionnaire. Your meaplan & workoutplan will be based on your questionnaire.

4. Delivery

Your program along with all start documentation will be send to you within 5 days.

5. Following up

Once we got start up, we’ll do a weekly check-in through email to follow up your progress and make adjustments where needed.

What does a mealplan look like?

  • All mealplans are a 100% customized to the client’s questionnaire and goals. The questionnaire is a form which you’ll need to fill in right after purchasing your program.
  • I’m all about sustainability. My mealplans are tasty but quite basic made up. They’re easy to prepare and all ingredients / foods can be found in any supermarket.

What does a workoutplan look like?

  • My workoutplans are a 100% customized to the client’s goals! If you can’t make it to the gym, fine I also make home workouts. There’s room for absolutely anything and everybody.
  • I provide workoutplans which are very detailed and easy to read with all important info included such as: time under tension, rest times etc.

Do I have to eat the exact same foods everyday?

  • No absolutely not! Your mealplan will be changed every 14 days. Inbetween it’s recommended to make use of the variation list you get along with your start documentation. You can change up anything! Bye boring diet..

I’m a beginner and don’t know anything about fitness..

  • Everybody is welcome to #PrezPlans from beginner to advanced people. Everything is explained very clear and you’ll get a lot of documentation to get you started.
  • The member area contains hundred of instruction videos on how to perform each exercise to prevent you from working out with a bad form.
  • Want to get a personal one-to-one personal training session? Fill in the contact form!

How do we track progress?

  • We’ll get in touch every week via email. This will make sure you don’t fall off the wagon and I can make adjustments where needed so we don’t lose time!
  • You’ll get access to my private Strong & Healthy private FB community group where you can ask anything, share your progress, make new friends and just stay motivated!

Can I split the pay for a program?

  • For some programs there is an option to pay with recurring payments (only creditcard). You'll first do an initial payment when ordering (e.g. 25% of the total price). Afterwards you'll be automatically billed monthly (e.g. 3 time the resting 25%).

Sadly enough my last week of the program. I’ve truly given my all during this program and honestly it just felt so good and I’m really proud of myself. Besides that I notice I gained a lot of strength. When I started I could legpress 80kg, nog I can easily push 120kg away. I just want to thank you for the weekly motivation you’ve given me. I’ve expierenced many ups-and-downs but you’ve showed me that this is something everyone has to deal with in their fitness journey and that giving up is just no option. Besides that I’ve learned that portion control IS very important and that a piece of chocolate can be incorporated in a well balanced diet as long as you don’t overeat. Besides that I’ve got to know lots of new delicious and healthy products during the program. But honeslty I just want to thank you a lot to help me to love my body again.
